No insults! After a spam call, it can be quite natural that you are angry, but we'd like to ask you to refrain from insults or swear words. Insults make it quite easy for a spammer to demand the deletion of the comment. So, please share information not emotions.
No unverifiable claims Of course, one often has the feeling that at the other end of the line, there are scammers, cheaters, and similar, but sometimes the perceived fraud is a (barely) legal action. Therefore, please refrain from describing the caller as cheaters or similar. The spammers can otherwise easily insist on the deletion of your comment.
Simple description! It is best if you describe what you just experienced. Please leave us a valid eMail address. This can be very helpful if the spammer claims that all you wrote in your comment is wrong. If we can get in touch with you, it is easier to prove this claim wrong. Otherwise, in many cases, our only choice is to delete the comment.

| my phone was called from this number and rang twice before cutting off, so assume it is spam - I don't know anyone in the 0191 area. | |

| This was my fourth call today from numbers unknown, don’t usually bother but this time I thought I would string them along for a couple of minutes. They asked me to confirm that I was the name they had (totally incorrect name), but I said yes, then said that they were calling me about my car finance agreement (which I do not have), went on a bit until I got bored, told them the must think I was stupid and I hang up.
