No insults! After a spam call, it can be quite natural that you are angry, but we'd like to ask you to refrain from insults or swear words. Insults make it quite easy for a spammer to demand the deletion of the comment. So, please share information not emotions.
No unverifiable claims Of course, one often has the feeling that at the other end of the line, there are scammers, cheaters, and similar, but sometimes the perceived fraud is a (barely) legal action. Therefore, please refrain from describing the caller as cheaters or similar. The spammers can otherwise easily insist on the deletion of your comment.
Simple description! It is best if you describe what you just experienced. Please leave us a valid eMail address. This can be very helpful if the spammer claims that all you wrote in your comment is wrong. If we can get in touch with you, it is easier to prove this claim wrong. Otherwise, in many cases, our only choice is to delete the comment.

| as its a 020 number I dont answer as we dont kow anyone in that area. they rang 6 times one after the other this morning very very annoying | |

| When I answered it was a recorded message saying the correspondence from HMRC had been returned and I should press #1 to speak to an advisor who would be able to help avoid legal action being taken against me. This was a clear spam attempt... I would advise anyone receiving a call from this number to treat it with considerable caution.
