Therefore, please refrain from describing the caller as cheaters or similar. The spammers can otherwise easily insist on the deletion of your comment.
Simple description! It is best if you describe what you just experienced. Please leave us a valid eMail address. This can be very helpful if the spammer claims that all you wrote in your comment is wrong. If we can get in touch with you, it is easier to prove this claim wrong. Otherwise, in many cases, our only choice is to delete the comment.

| Said they were from Aviva I told them I am with Aviva through my work and would not release any information to them. I had a suspicious similar call a month ago where they were asking me to verify my personal details, details they were asking me to confirm were incorrect and they wanted me to correct them, I wasn't willing to do this as they would have had my correct details already.
