I had an over 50 guaranteed life plan with my Halifax building sc. I cancelled it as it will not pay enough for my funeral, so i bought a funeral elsewhere. I recon that the b/sc has sold on my phone number. Does any of this ring a bell for you? How do you stop the selling on of contacts? Cheers.Report this comment Report this comment

Should never have replied to something about a funeral plan that I saw on the net, made arrangements to phone me back, I didn’t get back for the call, so I didn’t bother contacting them, since I received their first call I’ve been getting calls at the rate of three a day, on a few occasions that I’ve answered the phone the call was terminated the other end, I think that there is a company (it’s free) 192 who you can give the number to and they request that the offending call company remove your number from their list, I’ve used the service before and calls have stopped, Is it not an offence now to make unsolicited or annoying calls to someone. I’m going to try 192 now.Report this comment Report this comment
